Vendors and Sponsors The point of Notacon is not to sell things nor is it a means by which the organizers intend on making vast quantities of money or, for that matter, any money at all. In fact, the organizers of notacon expect to lose a great deal of the money by throwing the event. That said, we are always looking for ways in which to reduce those potential losses. Please read on if you have any potential commercial interests with our event. With an estimated attendance of approximately 200 to 400 or more people from around Cleveland, the region and around the US, this may be a great opportunity for you and your organization to make a positive impact with a diverse, intelligent, creative and technologically savvy group. Vendors & Non-ProfitsIf you are interested at vending at notacon, or would otherwise like to set up a booth either to sell merchandise or promote an organization (both non- and for-profit), please contact vending@notacon.org. Vending space will likely be made available if there is sufficient interest. There may be a nominal cost associated for the rental of table space. Of course, individual attendees are encouraged to bring along whatever crap and trinkets they have and are welcome to barter or haggle away. SponsorsIf you are interested in sponsoring Notacon either by providing prizes for game shows, cash contributions or the like, please contact sponsors@notacon.org. We would be happy to promote your organization through the conference which can include, but is not limited to:
ArtistsArtists and musicians wishing to bring some of their pieces for sale are welcome to do so. Table and gallery space will be available on a first-come, first serve basis. If you are interested in selling, please include this information when submitting your proposal. |
