As technology expands, hacking and understanding the self becomes easier. We often forget, though, that plenty of other methods exist to sharpen your mind, work the body and lighten the spirit. In the case of square dancing, people have been doing this for hundreds of years. Joe and Suellen Walker’s presentation “Exercise Your Mind and Body” will walk you through some of the history changes of the dance over the years and invite participants to join along and have fun!

Modern Western Square Dance is great exercise and lots of fun … and if you aren’t an active participant, it’s time to join in.

When Jodie/Tyger and Paul/Froggy became involved.

Crafts of all kinds … knitting … crochet … scrapbook … photography.

I have taken several things away from the various years we have attended – from how to give a presentation to learning a little more about electronics.
