The initial blocking for Notacon is 125 rooms and is good through March 23, 2012. After that, rooms in the block may be issued to others on an as-needed basis. Reserve your room early.

The Hilton Garden Inn has been kind enough to provide us with an competitive rate of $109 per night. The conference rate extends from April 10 through April 18, 2012. Overnight parking is $8/car with Daily Event Parking for $2/car.

Using Notacon’s booking code entitles you to a discounted room rate, and helps defray our space costs. If you are concerned about noise issues, please book under the code, but notify the hotel that you would like your room to be placed outside of the room block floors. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available in single and double occupancy.

Parking:

Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown has a surface parking lot for the hotel and the convention center. Overnight parking is $8/car with Daily Event Parking for $2/car. There are also many public parking lots in the area. There may be other lots nearby that offer cheaper rates, check ahead.
Check rates before parking, this hotel is literally across the street from Progressive Field, so many of these lots may have “special event” pricing that is stupidly high during baseball games.
