There will be 400 total tickets available for Notacon 9. Registration ends April 6, 2012 at 7:00PM EDT. Any unsold tickets will be available as basic registrations for $120 at the door.

Kids 12 under are free!

Our new policy for 2012 is that kids 12 and under may attend Notacon for free as long as they are accompanied by a registered parent or guardian. Please note that while we have some programming for younger people, the event is geared towards and intended primarily for adults. Some content may not be appropriate for children. However, what you wish to expose your child to and teach them is YOUR choice, not ours.

Starving Hacker Rate

• For those in dire financial circumstances, a special and limited amount of “starving hacker” registrations are available for $50. If you can afford a basic or group registration, please use either instead.

Group Rate

• Groups of 6 or more people registering at once may register as a group at the basic registration level and receive a discounted rate. This must all be accomplished as one transaction
• Group rate orders must be placed and paid for before April 8th, 2012

  This package includes the following:
  • Full access pass to all Notacon 9 and PixelJam activities.
  • Complimentary hotel accommodations at the official Notacon hotel for up to 4 nights (April 12th-15th) (subject to availability)
  • VIP transportation for you to and from the airport, bus station, etc. or complimentary parking in the hotel lot.
  • Notacon badge/circuitboard and parts kit
  • Official Notacon t-shirt in your size.
  • Receipt on official Notacon letterhead acknowledging purchase

Note : Your registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions! However, tickets MAY be transferred. Please notify us of the transfer by emailing the new name and email address to registration@notacon.org.
